Hillsborough Reforned Church partners once a month with SHIP to offer lunch to the food insecure in our area. SHIP distributes hot meals and bagged lunches to their clients 5 days a week. We will be serving a picnic lunch to the guests of SHIP on Thursday, August 14. The picnic is served outside in an area known as Tik-Tock's Grove directly behind SHIP in Somerville. The clients enjoyed the Sloppy Joes we provided last month so much that the coordinator asked that we make them again for August. We are expecting to need approximately 70 meals. You can help by donating, prepping or cooking food, transporting and serving the meal and providing fellowship for the guests.
